"Delightful Anticipation"
20x16 inches / oil on panel

This oil painting features Orange Blossom and Bridal Rose sterling silver spoons with all their lovely reflections including my red dining room, a cakestand which is an old favorite in the Moon and Stars pattern, and some of my teacups with flowers...of course no big surprise to those of you who follow my work!   :o)

Thank you so much, Terri. When I found your blog and Teacup Tuesday, I just had to add this painting of my own teacups to your grouping. I'm delighted to find another teacup collector! Thank you again! Jeanne

Hello fellow oil painter. I love the realism in your work. You must be very disciplined to use tiny brushes; I haven't got a disciplined thought in my silly head but truly admire artists who do. Have a lovely rest of the week. :)

Oh thank you so much, Veronica! Yes, I use tiny brushes, a round #1and bright #8 which takes a lot of time, but details are what I enjoy most! Thanks for visiting and happy painting to you! ;o)
