I always love the more casual floral arrangements that retain a sense of the garden even when brought indoors. An old coffee can serves to maintain that rustic atmosphere. This composition seems to behold the very breath of Summertime and the essence of a country cottage garden, hence the title.

Hello Jeanne, I am an artist from Ghana with Indian origin. I came across your blog and could not stop but comment. I am not very much into still life but I am so impressed with your paintings especially the sterling silver spoons. Your blog is a treat for me. Do have a sneak peek at my blog
