sterling silver teaspoon with daffodil pattern art deco style

Sterling Silver Spoon with Daffodils
7x5 inches / oil on panel

Oh, there I am again, shown in the reflection as I was painting alongside the South window of my studio. Just a little bit of fun! This sterling silver teaspoon features long, twisted foliage with two tiny daffodil blossoms reminiscent of the Art Deco style. Look for lots more to be added to my Silver Series in the new year!

Jeanne,
This looks like it was fun to paint. I love this- so cool with the reflections in the spoon oval part. Love the twisted foliage of the daffodil blossoms on the handle. I look forward to seeing more of this series.

Thank you SO much, Kathy & Ivana! This was indeed fun to paint, particularly the delicate foliage. Of course I have to paint what I see, and that includes me! LOL Thanks for your lovely comments!
