Just discovered your blog. Wonderful paintings. I like what you are doing with your miniatures.

I have to add another comment. Looking through your blog further I clicked on your link of the Susan Boyle episode. I have seen it several times befor and just have to say thank you for linking it. I think it is such an amazing story and just continues to prove how God can use anyone and how he so graciously bestows talents upon us.
Thank you.

Thank you so much for your comments, Gary! I so enjoy painting miniature and small paintings as I find it so rewarding to complete a painting is a matter of days rather than months like my largest still lifes.

Regarding your second comment about Susan Boyle, I was so immediately overwhelmed not only by her exquisite voice, but by the preface in the video where the audience and judges were rolling their eyes in mockery . . . until they heard her sing! Yes, HE works in mysterious ways! This is Susan's time now. She's nurtured her gift in private for a lifetime. I feel that with her mother's passing two years ago, and her struggle to overcome her gerat loss, did she somehow find courage to pursue this opportunity through the competition. Yes, HE works in mysterious ways and her time has come!

Thank you again for your wonderful comments, Gary! Jeanne
